Serves: 4-8
Ingredients:
Rice Paper (I order mine from Amazon)
Original Tempeh
3 Carrots
1/3 Cucumber
Coriander
1 Pepper
Iceberg Lettuce
Dip:
1 Tbsp Peanut Butter
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp Sesame Oil
A dash of Sriracha
Method:
- Start by chopping your Tempeh into thin strips and frying it in a frying pan with a splash of Sesame Oil and Soy Sauce until cooked and a bit crispy
- Chop your vegetables into thin slithers
- Get a large bowl of warm water
- Add one rice paper at a time - add it into the warm water until soft
- Add flat to a plate and start filling like a wrap with the tempeh, vegetables and coriander, but not too full
- Fold the top corners and roll it
- Do this with all the rice paper rolls
- Make the dip
- Dunk and enjoy
