Tempeh Rice Paper Rolls

Serves: 4-8


Rice Paper (I order mine from Amazon)

Original Tempeh

3 Carrots

1/3 Cucumber


1 Pepper

Iceberg Lettuce 



1 Tbsp Peanut Butter

1 Tbsp Soy Sauce

2 Tbsp Sesame Oil

A dash of Sriracha 



  1. Start by chopping your Tempeh into thin strips and frying it in a frying pan with a splash of Sesame Oil and Soy Sauce until cooked and a bit crispy
  2. Chop your vegetables into thin slithers
  3. Get a large bowl of warm water 
  4. Add one rice paper at a time - add it into the warm water until soft
  5. Add flat to a plate and start filling like a wrap with the tempeh, vegetables and coriander, but not too full
  6. Fold the top corners and roll it 
  7. Do this with all the rice paper rolls
  8. Make the dip
  9. Dunk and enjoy
