- 75g Flour
- 1 Tsp Baking Powder
- 2 Tbsp Vegan Yoghurt
- 60-80ml Plant Milk
- 2 Tsp Sugar or a drizzle of Vegan Honey
Topping Options
- Nut Butter of choice (Nut Blend is delicious)
- Vegan Honey
- Vegan Nutella
- Coconut Yoghurt
- Fresh Fruit
Method:
1. Combine all the ingredients
2. Heat a frying pan with a little oil
3. Heat - Flip - Serve - Enjoy
