Ingredients (Serves 5 Bars):
- 2 Ripe Bananas
- 100g Oats
- 1 tbsp water
- Cinnamon
- Coconut Yogurt (can be any yogurt of choice)
- A handful of blueberries
Method:

Mash 2 bananas in a bowl until smooth

Add in 100g Oats and mix together

Add in a your tbsp of water and combine until sticky

Add in cinnamon and mix together

Place your oat mixture into your moulds, if you don’t have moulds you can place in a small baking tray

Top with a thick layer of yogurt and a few blueberries

Place in the freezer for 3 hours

Remove from the moulds or wait to thaw a bit before slicing from your baking tray
