Breakfast Bars

Ingredients (Serves 5 Bars):

  •  2 Ripe Bananas
  • 100g Oats
  • 1 tbsp water
  • Cinnamon
  • Coconut Yogurt (can be any yogurt of choice)
  • A handful of blueberries

 

Method:

  1. Mash 2 bananas in a bowl until smooth

  2. Add in 100g Oats and mix together

  3. Add in a your tbsp of water and combine until sticky

  4. Add in cinnamon and mix together

  5. Place your oat mixture into your moulds, if you don’t have moulds you can place in a small baking tray

  6. Top with a thick layer of yogurt and a few blueberries

  7. Place in the freezer for 3 hours

  8. Remove from the moulds or wait to thaw a bit before slicing from your baking tray

  9. Best kept in the fridge
