Ingredients:
- 4 Bananas
- 120 ml Almond Milk
- 150g Self Raising Flour
- 1 Tbsp Baking Powder
- 1 Tsp Cinnamon
- Dark Chocolate Chips (As many as you like, I did a packet of 100g)
- Walnuts (I did a handful)
Method:

Mash 3 bananas in a bowl until smooth

Pour all the rest of the ingredients into the bowl and mix into a batter

Pour mixture into a loaf tin

Slice a banana in half length ways and place on top of the batter

Put into the oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes

Best served warm
