Banana Bread

Banana Bread


  • 4 Bananas
  • 120 ml Almond Milk
  • 150g Self Raising Flour
  • 1 Tbsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Tsp Cinnamon
  • Dark Chocolate Chips (As many as you like, I did a packet of 100g)
  • Walnuts (I did a handful)



  1. Mash 3 bananas in a bowl until smooth

  2. Pour all the rest of the ingredients into the bowl and mix into a batter

  3. Pour mixture into a loaf tin

  4. Slice a banana in half length ways and place on top of the batter

  5. Put into the oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes

  6. Best served warm
